Road Department
The Town of Waitsfield Road Department maintains approximately 30 miles of roads within the boundaries of town with a three person road crew, including a Road Foreman who oversees two Road Maintainers who are all hired by the Selectboard. The Town of Waitsfield is also served by an appointed Road Commissioner who is tasked with ensuring the Town roads are maintained.

- New Town Garage: The Town of Waitsfield operates its road department garage at 761 Tremblay Rd. The Town has outgrown the capacity of the existing garage building and is exploring new facilities.
